Before we begin, apologies for any British nuance that may go amiss.

With giveaways stemming from all sides, our recent #TakaraDiecast campaign is a mere example of the eager participation, to utilise the Blockchain in new avenues.

“The Book of Orbs and the Takara Diecast promotion is the best way I have found to teach my children about crypto…they can use tradable digital assets in games like Spells of Genesis and SaruTobi or go on treasure hunts for crypto tokens using Takara. Praise Kek for the Takara Diecast promotion.” — @nathanhawkeye

Since partnering with Collectable Diecast, Project Orb has seen a considerable amplification of our pre-existing collaboration of services, between the trade and exchange of tokens, through the open Blockchain.

Through the TakaraXDiecast, the communities existing in and between Book of Orbs and its interfaces; SaruTobi, Spells of Genesis, Force of Will, and Rare Pepe, have grown closer through Takara, to explore this wider cast, net of communication and trade.

Project Orb already has a greatly established relationship with Mandel Duck; the creator of Takara and SaruTobi, alike.

Takara, which presumably, you know as the geocaching application associated with this campaign, has previously been used by numerous Japanese companies:

Allowing users to pickup (and with developer approval, drop) BTC and XCP across the globe, in the form of Gems, Takara has most recently worked with Project Orb and Collectable Diecast to allow users to pick up Diecast Cards at their requested locations to later exchange for Bronze Diecast Orbs within the Book Of Orbs App Interface on IoS and Android.

Experienced in promotional campaigns, Takara has previous success in collaborating with Zaif; one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges in Japan, and IT Company and aspiring Blockchain Techs; Ceres.

With this latest social integration, afforded by Project Orb’s Twitter-led Diecast campaign, Takara has proven more effective than ever in its promotional abilities!

Spanning an impressive 3 weeks, with a total 37 successful submissions, the giveaway gave our Takara and Book of Orbs community, the opportunity to journey on individual adventures whilst; at the same time, engage the community online — allowing me a chance to engage with you all and, recognise a few, familiar faces (or twitter handles at least).

Users found Takara Diecast tokens in the USA & Tokyo, Japan.

It has been exciting to travel alongside you, to see what may or not be familiar to you, and what is most definitely not familiar to me — barring a few British landmarks; to experience them, with the same sense of victory and exploration that you undoubtedly have.

Users picked up Takara Diecast tokens in the UK (a notable Harry Potter landmark), Australia and Japan.

Moreover, it has been incredible, to truly see the reach of our Book of Orbs audience beyond what Twitter defines our demographic to be, to envision the lives and the days that brought you to a simple #TakaraDiecast pick-up.

Through the Twitter-led campaign, it has been refreshing to greet users of all identities; who picked up Takara in locations such as Paris — France, Suffolk — England, Pakistan, New York City — NY, Huntsville — AL, Georgia — USA, Victoria — Melbourne, Taipei — Taiwan, and Japan.

This doesn’t even begin to name the numerous locations across the globe, that we hope to include in the future, as Project Orb continues to grow.

Pickups in NY, USA & Melbourne, AU.

The TakaraXDiecast giveaway has proven to be both an applicational and social success — wherein regardless of the results, the Project Orb community is thankful to have broadened irrevocably in the authenticity of our relationship between us and you (our users).

Further use of Takara, and the intended implementation of such, as a promotional tool, by a variety of commercial avenues and companies will only continue to drive the momentum and build the ‘revolution’ of Blockchain usage and interoperability, in regards to real world application through tokenisation.

The TakaraXDiecast campaign has “ paved the way for more numerous and interesting project [sic]!” — @elmalandr0
